Bob Gershberg is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Wray Executive Search and has been a driving force behind the successful brand for over a decade. Bob joined the company in 2004 as Executive Vice President to help lead the growth of the boutique search firm. In 2005, he became a Partner, and in 2009, he was named CEO and Managing Partner. He has worked tirelessly to establish Wray Executive Search as the premier specialty, client-centric executive search firm.
Prior to Wray Executive Search, Bob founded various successful QSR and Fast Casual chains and served as the CEO of a dominant multi-state bakery café chain.
With a commitment to the highest professional standards and dedication to outstanding client service, Bob specializes in searches for C-Level positions, Functional Leadership roles, and M&A Integration. He has extensive knowledge and experience in restaurant, food service, retail and consumer industries and has successfully completed assignments in finance, human resources, IT, supply chain, real estate, franchising, operations, and marketing.
Bob is an influential strategic partner and successfully develops and implements human capital strategies for emerging restaurant concepts to billion-dollar brands. With his extensive network and a keen eye for identifying future leaders, Bob advises clients on what it takes to secure and retain “A Players”. He values relationships and manages them with transparency and a commitment to do what is best for the client.
Bob holds a BA in Business Administration from State University of New York. He plays an active role on Board of Directors, works with non-profit organizations, and is a frequent guest lecturer at universities across the country. He splits his time between the New York and St. Petersburg, FL offices, but mostly you can find him wherever his clients need him. In his spare time, Bob enjoys playing golf, skiing, running, cycling and “spending time and money in great restaurants.”
Kevin Stockslager, P.h.D
Executive Vice President and Partner
Kevin Stockslager, Ph.D., is Executive Vice President and Partner at Wray Executive Search. He helps top companies recruit elite talent including C-level, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Directors for both domestic and international locations.
Kevin is determined to help his clients place the best possible candidate for the position in need. He is building an extensive network of contacts within the restaurant industry to generate the most effective results for his clients. He regularly attends restaurant industry conferences including the Restaurant Leadership Conference, ICR xChange, Franchise Times Finance & Growth Conference, and the Restaurant Finance and Development Conference.
Prior to his recruiting role with Wray Executive Search, Kevin was an evaluator for a statewide educational project, responsible for evaluating all aspects of the implementation and improvement of the initiative.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island and a Doctorate degree from the University of South Florida. He resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and children. In his spare time enjoys running, hockey, and spending time with family and friends.

Ray Kelley is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Wray Executive Search. He is a resource to industry leading and growing companies to recruit C-level, Vice Presidents and Directors for both domestic and international locations.
Ray has over 20 years of recruiting and business development experience in the Physician recruiting and IT recruiting industries. He has led recruiting teams to recruit and retain senior level talent for Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, Intel and Cisco while also helping fuel the growth during the early years of companies like Akamai Technology, Mathworks and Qualcomm.
In an effort to combat the shrinking Physician talent pool he instituted a “Roving Hospitalist” program as well as partnering with TeleRadiology and TeleHealth companies.
Senior Vice President and Partner
Rebecca Patt is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Wray Executive Search. She helps top companies recruit elite talent including C-level, Vice Presidents and Directors for both domestic and international locations.
Rebecca is dedicated to helping her clients place the best possible candidate for even the most challenging searches. Her extensive network of contacts within the restaurant industry and expertise in recruiting enables her to generate fast and effective results. She writes articles about the recruiting and restaurant industries for the popular Wray Search monthly e-newsletter Executive Connection. She regularly attends restaurant industry conferences including the Restaurant Leadership Conference, MUFSO, and the Restaurant Finance and Development Conference. Rebecca is among the top 1% most connected individuals on LinkedIn.
Rebecca has a Liberal Arts degree from Warren Wilson College. She resides in Miami, FL and in her spare time enjoys running, dancing, and travel.
Joseph Radice joined Wray Executive Search as Vice President in early 2008 and leads the Manhattan office. Joe has over 20 successful years of search experience as principal of Hospitality International Executive Search. He brings a wealth of multi-disciplinary and industry experience to Wray Search. Joe’s background includes senior management roles with corporate food service and hotel technology firms and ownership of a fine-dining restaurant and catering company.
Joe stays current on developing trends in the restaurant, hotel and foodservice sectors. Because of this he understands the capabilities candidates must demonstrate to meet future challenges and excel in delivering to ever-changing consumer demands.
His many clients include top national and New York regional restaurant chains, major on-site dining, catering and hotel companies. With New York as a leading world center for travel and hospitality, Joe assists emerging restaurant brands, both national and international, in the recruitment of key talent for senior leadership roles.
Joe is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society, the Society for Hospitality Foodservice Management (SHFM), and the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and has served on its Board of Directors. Joe has also served on the CUNY Career Path Advisory Board and provides strategic career counseling to college students preparing for roles in the hospitality industry.
Joe is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has also served as an officer in the US Army.
