Kevin Stockslager, Ph.D., is Managing Partner at Wray Executive Search. He partners with leading organizations to recruit senior executive talent across the C-suite and upper management. He advises clients on critical leadership hires, including C-level, Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director roles, supporting both domestic and international searches.
Kevin is deeply committed to helping clients identify and secure the best possible leadership talent for their organizations. He brings extensive specialization within the restaurant industry and leverages a broad, well-established network of executive relationships to deliver highly targeted, high-impact search outcomes. He is an active participant in the restaurant leadership community and regularly attends industry conferences, including the Restaurant Leadership Conference, ICR, QSR Evolution, Prosper, Prosper Accelerate, and the Restaurant Finance & Development Conference (RFDC).
Prior to joining Wray Executive Search, Kevin served as an evaluator, trainer, and recruiter for a statewide educational initiative, where he was responsible for assessing program implementation, performance, and continuous improvement efforts. This experience continues to inform his structured, analytical, and consultative approach to executive search.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island and a Doctorate from the University of South Florida. He resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing ice hockey, and spending time with family and friends.
