    A multi-unit QSR franchisee operating ~50 locations is seeking a high-performing Chief Operating Officer to lead the business with an ownership mindset, strong analytical rigor, and a bias toward proactive execution. This role is designed for a leader who can run the company day-to-day while helping drive enterprise value creation. The COO will serve as the primary operator of the business, partnering closely with ownership to improve unit-level performance, build scalable systems, and position the platform for future growth. The COO will have full responsibility for operational execution, field leadership, and performance of the P&L, overseeing Regional Directors and District Managers across all locations.
