Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of working with FAT Brands CEO Andy Wiederhorn and the FAT Brands executive leadership team to search for a President and Chief Operating Officer of Fatburger. After an exhaustive national search, the hiring of Toni Bianco was announced on February 20, 2018.
