Toni M. Bianco – Fatburger
By Kevin Stockslager, Assistant Vice President, Wray Executive Search
Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of working with FAT Brands CEO Andy Wiederhorn and the FAT Brands executive leadership team to search for a President and Chief Operating Officer of Fatburger. After an exhaustive national search, the hiring of Toni Bianco was announced on February 20, 2018. Mr. Wiederhorn said, “As soon as we decided to add to our executive team, I immediately reached out to Wray Executive Search, as they consistently over-deliver on their assignments.” In the press release announcing Toni’s hiring, Andy noted, “It’s beyond exciting to think about the possibilities with this brand. Toni brings extensive experience and insight that will be integral to the continued growth of the brand. I’m confident he will be an indispensable asset to the corporate and franchisee team.” Toni is a long-time restaurant industry leader, with vast experience in domestic and international franchise operations for both Papa John’s and Long John Silver’s. Throughout his career, he has focused on growth and development, operations excellence, and increasing customer satisfaction.
In getting to know Toni throughout this search process, the Wray Executive team was impressed with his substantial experience growing brands internationally, as well as his commitment to training, development, and operations. This professional philosophy proved successful, as Toni has continuously built strong business relationships with franchise partners and increased customer satisfaction scores. Toni is a bright, thoughtful, and impactful franchise operations leader and we’re excited to see the positive impact he will have on the Fatburger brand both here and abroad.
